If you booked this hotel before, you probably booked it under a different name. It traded as Developer Inn Downtown Orlando under the Baymont flag, and before that as a Days Inn. In December 2025 the operator announced that the guest rooms, the public areas and the amenities had been through an extensive interior renovation, and the hotel took the standalone Baymont by Wyndham Orlando North Millenia name it uses now. The refurbished rooms are bright and plainly furnished: white walls, wood-effect floor, a black bed base under white linen, and a graphic panel above the headboard doing the decorating. Two themes run through these reviews and they pull in opposite directions. The first is breakfast, which comes up again and again as better than anyone expected at this price, usually alongside the beds and the staff. The second is the floors. Guest after guest describes a room that looked clean until they wiped something up, and several mention hair in the bath or something left behind by the previous occupant. Add a refundable deposit that more than one traveller was still waiting on, and the shape of the place is clear: the hospitality lands, the housekeeping does not always. On location they all agree, and none of them is romantic about it. Excellent by car, useless on foot.
Rated the bed comfortable and the room plain but perfectly adequate, and singled out the breakfast as very good. Said the stay matched what he had expected.

Current property policy allows one cat or dog up to 50 lb, with a fee charged per stay, and service animals are exempt. An older question-and-answer entry saying pets were not accepted is out of date. One recent guest did lose a night's sleep to a neighbour's dog, so the policy is a genuine one rather than a technicality.
