Where the property loses points is fit-out variability between individually strata-owned apartments and the resulting maintenance niggles, plus a couple of operational gotchas (reception closes at 22:00 and is closed on public holidays, an AUD 200 cash damage deposit is taken at check-in, and the spa pool is currently closed) that the page calls out up-front so guests aren't caught out.
Restaurant food and staff was excellent. Several things in the room were not working, Wi-Fi, TV remote, reading-light bulb, but staff were very obliging in arranging replacements.
