Skegness Pier

Skegness Beach
Two hundred yards across the road, this is the wide sandy beach that built the resort's reputation. Tower Gardens

Pleasant
Couples in particular love this property, singling out the seafront location above everything else. The pattern is clear: a friendly, well-placed seafront budget stay where the proximity to the beach and the Pier does the heavy lifting.
Stone's throw from the beach with great access to local amenities, but the rooms feel dated, there's a stale-smoke smell, the sliding patio doors don't fully close, and check-out timing was inconsistent between the booking and a pre-arrival message.
Basic but clean, good value for money. The pillow was a bit round, otherwise a fair budget stay.
