- 1. Collect your car at Pula Airport (PUY): Pick up your rental at the arrivals terminal or settle into a pre-booked private transfer. Pula Airport is small enough that the process takes 15 minutes start to finish.
- 2. Head north on the D21 / D303 toward Rovinj: Leave the airport, join the D21 northbound, and at the Višnjan / Rovinj junction branch onto the D303, the coastal road signposted 'Rovinj'. Scenic but straightforward.
- 3. Follow the D303 for roughly 40 minutes: The D303 tracks the Istrian coast. Pass through the small villages between Fažana and Vrsar and continue to the Rovinj approach. Total drive is about 45 km.
