This information includes your name, business name, email address's, business address, your current domain username and password login details. We require your domain username and password login details in order to transfer your website services to us. Without these, Shout Hotels cannot provide our services.
What do you do with this information?
Shout Hotels never supplies your personal information to any third party for advertising or promotional purposes. We will occasionally use your email address to send you information regarding Shout Hotels and the services we provide. Your domain username and password are stored in our emails and are only ever transmitted between you, your current domain holder website and Shout Hotels.
Is my information secure?
Your personal is saved within our encrypted Outlook Email Program, We will never share your details with anyone. Shout Hotels will never contact you unsolicited to ask for your password, we ask only once during the signup process. We have taken steps to ensure our databases are secure, and are confident in our ability to keep your information safe.
What about cookies?
Shout Hotels stores a cookie on your computer to track you while you are on the site using Google Analytics. The information in this cookie is a string of characters that is meaningless to everyone and everything except our server. No personal information is stored in the cookie. The information in the cookie can not be used by third parties to gain access to your account information.
